Registration Info

Guidelines for Booking

All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include a compulsory Goods and Services Tax at 15%. Please read the downloadable itinerary to see the Included and Not Included section of each of the Pre Tour, Conference and Post tour.

Please complete registrations by Thursday 1 January 2026 to assist with organisation details.

It will be possible to register after this time, but a late registration fee of 10% will apply. Delegate numbers will be limited according to bus capacity, and registrations will close once the participant threshold has been reached.

International Delegates

You are strongly encouraged to make your registration, tour payment and your airline flights by early December 2025.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the event coordinator at info@reddairyconference2026.co.nz.
Telephone requests will not be honoured.
Registrations are not fully refundable. In all cases, an administration charges will always be payable.

A full refund, less a NZ$750.00 cancellation fee, will be made on any cancellations received no later than Thursday 1 January 2026 New Zealand time. No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after Thursday 1 January 2026.

Alternative to cancellation – Transfer Registration may be transferred to another person from your organisation. Russell Tocker must be advised in writing of the change at least 72 hours prior to the conference. A fee of 10% of registration cost is charged for replacement / transfer.

Absentee at the conference Refunds are not available at any time for absentee delegates.

Any refunds owing will not be paid until the conclusion of the event and will be via electronic funds transfer only.

Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration flyer are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary.

IRDBF and the event coordinator, Russell Tocker, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the event.

All IRDBF Conference and other arrangements are subject to alteration and cancellation at any time without prior notice due to factors that are outside of the organisers’ reasonable control. This will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the organisers. Should such events, such as Force Majeure, render the organisers unable to deliver such service, the organisers shall not be held responsible. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any damages and/or costs arising from any such alteration or cancellation.

Pre-Event Info

If you are visiting New Zealand from overseas, we recommend that you read this website to check the requirements for your entry to New Zealand and other travel information.

You will need access to New Zealand dollars ($NZD) in cash and via credit card during your stay. Please check with your financial institution for advice to ensure you have the right facilities.

New Zealand cars drive on the left-hand side of the road. If this is not the same for your country, please take care when navigating traffic on foot!

Tipping is not customary in New Zealand and is not requested or expected. If you want to tip service providers, it is entirely optional.
